We have completed our first full renovation in Portland. The warehouse is now a warm, modern home. Every detail was carefully finished.

The project took fourteen months from first sketch to final handover. Original brick and timber were kept and repaired, while new windows and systems were added quietly behind the scenes. The family moved in last week and the space already feels lived in.

Working on this building taught us a great deal. Old structures demand patience, and they reward it. We learned to listen before we draw, and to solve problems with restraint rather than force. That approach will shape every project that follows.
