BRIARCLIFF CONSTRUCTION
We are a renovation and design studio based in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2016, we have grown into a practice of architects, builders, and craftspeople. Our work gives old buildings a long and useful future. We believe good design should serve daily life, not chase attention. Every project begins with listening.
We start with what is already there. Original walls, timber, and brick are kept and repaired wherever possible. New elements are added simply and honestly, so they never compete with the past. This balance lets old and new exist side by side. We work closely with clients at every stage.
We value patience over speed, honesty over decoration, and lasting quality over quick results. Every decision is guided by respect for the building, the people, and the craft itself.
