Quiet Addition
A home grows quietly
A Modern Home Grows Gracefully
This project added a new wing to a family home without losing its original character. The existing structure was kept intact, while a simple volume was inserted at the rear. Large glass doors connect the new space to the garden. Inside, the layout stays open and calm, with natural light throughout the day. The addition feels inevitable rather than added on.
From Extra
Space To
Everyday Living
We add room without losing what makes it home.
A Dialogue Between Old And New
The new wing was designed to respect the original house, not imitate it. Clean lines and simple materials mark it as clearly modern, while its scale and proportion echo what was already there. This creates a quiet dialogue between the two, where neither dominates. The result is a home that feels whole, as if it had always been this way.
Every detail was resolved with restraint. Windows were placed to frame views and bring in light. Walls were kept plain, so the focus stays on space and proportion. Materials were chosen for warmth and durability. The new wing does not shout for attention. Instead, it quietly improves daily life for the family within.
A Seamless Whole
Two parts, one continuous home
The old and new now read as a single home. From the street, the original character remains. Inside, the spaces flow naturally from one to the next. The family gains room to live, work, and gather without losing what made the house feel like home. The addition succeeds because it knows when to stop.
A Home That Breathes
More space, more light, more calm
The new wing brings light deep into the plan. Rooms feel open yet connected. The garden becomes part of daily life through wide glass doors. Every space has a clear purpose and a quiet sense of ease. The home now supports the family's life today while remaining flexible for whatever comes next.
