Brick Reborn
A warehouse finds new life
An Industrial Shell Transformed
This project turned a disused brick warehouse into a warm, modern home. The original masonry was cleaned and repaired, not covered up. New openings were cut to bring in daylight and connect the interior to the street. Inside, the plan was opened up, removing years of clutter and poor additions. The result keeps the building's industrial character while making it fully livable today.

From Industrial Shell To Warm Home
We turn old brick into bright, modern living.
Keeping Character, Adding Comfort
The design strategy was simple: keep what matters, improve what does not. Original brick walls and timber beams were left exposed as a reminder of the building's past. New insulation, heating, and windows were added quietly behind the scenes. This approach lets the old and new coexist without friction. The home feels historic yet comfortable, raw yet refined, and entirely suited to modern life.
Every decision favored honesty over decoration. Surfaces were left in their natural state wherever possible. Lighting was designed to graze the brick and reveal its texture. Furniture and fittings were kept minimal, so the architecture could speak. The result is a calm, grounded home that respects its origins while looking clearly forward.
A New Chapter
Old walls, new purpose
The warehouse now serves as a family home, studio, and gathering space. Its history is visible in every room, yet nothing feels dated or compromised. The renovation proves that industrial buildings can be adapted with care, and that character and comfort can exist side by side.
A Home With History
Raw materials, modern comfort
Brick, timber, and steel give the home its warmth and identity. Modern systems keep it efficient and easy to live in. The balance between the two is what makes the space feel special. It is a home that remembers where it came from while embracing how we live now.
